Album's coming along

We're working hard on our second full-length album. It's sounding great. The lead vocals are complete on 8 out of 11 tracks. This is turning out to be one helluva rock 'n roll album. We can't wait for you to hear it!

Also, check us out live Saturday, January 16th at the Railway Club. Whammy.

Time to hit the studio

Like A Martyr heads to the studio this Wednesday to record its second full-length album. We're heading in with engineer Marcel Rambo, who will record the band live off the floor, just the way rock 'n roll is supposed to be done. You can expect new tunes in early 2010. We look forward to hammering them out and to having you hear them.

the email alert tells me it's been 47 days since our last post! whoops.

long time and lots has been going on. we've rehearsed like crazy, had a few day retreat to Nelson and have a show this Saturday, the 12th at the Railway Club.

we're heading into the studio September 30 at the Factory with Marcel Rambo to make this new record and we think it's going to be awesome. we know it's going to be awesome. rock 'n roll makes you feel good.

Hey Jeremy, will the song be on iTunes? Shame but I've never been to Roxy :-( Sound like a fun night...seriously, one of these days you guys need to get someone to take pics....lots to share with us. Well, just an idea but a rockband needs groupie and groupies can take pictures while you guys perform...just kidding :-)

I thought it sound familiar and turn out I did know the history. I feel so stupid for asking right after I read about it right here :=) And...so, I can't spell and mistyped the first time but I hope I got it right this time on iTunes and you should put the samples on your page. They're really cool tunes. My fave are Empires Fall, The North, Drive Fast Crash Hard :=)
