    行动计划：彻底原谅

    1  原谅自己的失败。把失败看成是学习过程，一次失败并不等于终生失败。你会踏着失败走向成功。

    2让过去成为过去，它既定事实，已无法改变。丢掉过多的包袱。原谅是成功的前提。

    4永远不要批评，职责，抱怨或跟他人比较。你怎样对待别人，别人就怎样对待你。

    5不要轻易否定人，跟自己说“它们就是那样的人”，然后一笑了之。他们那天可能是有很大的压力，或观念，做法与你不一样。

    6不要妒忌，悔恨和憎恶。你会腾出许多精力。爱你已原谅的人。

    7原谅你的环境。别被情况所左右，你就不会扮演牺牲者！

    8犯下错误时要负起责任，向人承认并原谅自己。这样，它就不会再引向到你的生活成就！

    hi good to here from you yes i live in Alaska i have been to other countries want to go to China one day love the people and the country. How have you been i am doing fine it is snowing here not as cold as the other weeks have been but nice.
    I hope that everything is well with you maybe one day you come to Alaska but dress warm especally in the winter and watch out for the bears and moose.

    I wish you well this week. How are you doing? love to watch you in action take care much happyness and joy to you and your family and friends.
